No Returns on Services

 

Due to the nature of service work, payments made for installation, repair, or maintenance services are non-refundable once the service has been performed.

However, we stand by the quality of our work. If you experience issues after service, please contact us within 7 days and we will assess the situation for possible rectification at no additional cost, provided it relates directly to the original service.

If your service included the sale of an air conditioning unit or part, the following applies:

Eligible for Return:
Unused and uninstalled equipment.

In original packaging with all accessories/manuals.

Returned within 14 days of delivery or installation date.

Not Eligible for Return:

Products that have been installed or used.

Custom or special order items.

Items sold as final sale or clearance.

Consumables like filters once opened.
